⚪︎An introduction to meditation, self-massage, and stretching for health and longevity based on Eastern philosophy.
⚪︎Open: 4 times a month, 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Practice qigong while observing and being blessed by the Amida Nyorai statue at Tokusho-ji temple, that was made in the late 13th century.

🍀Instructor’s profile
Takako Blyth was born in Fukuoka City in 1962. Graduated Doshisha University for cultural history.
Studied BaGua XunDao Gong under master Michiko Iwao from 1994 to 2009.
Certified to be a qigong instructor by Dr. Wan Su Jian, grand master in Beijing, China in 2013.
